Life In Lockdown - Are You OK?

What a roller coaster life has been lately! Are you ok? Are you realising how much you love contact with other people or relishing in the down / home time? Maybe it's a combo of both.

It's been really nice spending extra time with my kiddos but I will admit, I personally am not cut out to be a 24/7 stay at home Mum.

It's a tough one to say out aloud... I LOVE my kids, there isn't anything I wouldn't do for them or get for them. I moved heaven and earth to conceive them including multiple rounds of IVF. I've loved my breastfeeding journey with them, watching them learning do new things, they are funny and I think they are the cutest things around.

BUT by the same breath, I don't need my whole world to be just about them. Playing games with toddlers ALL day is something I find exhausting!
Do I feel guilty saying that? Kind of, I think it depends on who I am talking to. Some Mums look shocked, others say OMG me too.

I am proud of the business I’ve created, I love going to work and meeting people and am happy I get to show this side of myself to my kids.
Whatever side you fall on, there is no judgement from me.

Hats off to the Mumma's that are naturals at it. I can't tell you how many times Frozen II has been on lately, we normally try not to do too much TV but survival is key in these times. Remember to do what works for you to get through.

There is NO rule book here! And NO judgement from me!
